On October 30th, Kinomé held online its 2nd event aimed at promoting moringa and its health benefits to the Latin American public. Usually a one-day event, between conferences and tastings, the event « El Día de la Moringa » (Moringa Day), was held in webinar format due to Covid. 

About fifty participants (mostly Peruvians) were thus able to attend the presentation of KinomĂ©’s moringa program in Togo as well as the development of school canteens and moringa enriched meals, an entrepreneurial experience of a Colombian guest, and the project developed with KinomĂ© in Piura, Peru.    

 Following the webinar, participants first received a digital booklet of Moringa recipes and then various links to videos of each project presented.

These experiments are just the beginning of an example of the wide range of possibilities to consume moringa! In our drinks; juices, herbal teas, lattes; or in our classic dishes: omelettes, pesto, soup; and even in pastries: moringa financiers, banana-bread and many others! There is an infinity of possible creations to consume it!
